Recycling Garbage Business
I was really amazed, finding out that there was a garbage business. Though some of us are still unaware of it that's why I'm sharing this real story from a mother who successfully manage to make business out of garbage.
"Many people still cannot appreciate that there is money from garbage", a mother of six children said in an interview. Like i was telling you on my previous post, in entering into a business you must know your resources like what Alma Labis did, she start at her own home and found there the resources where she owes her family's financial independence- The Garbage.
As of now she is earning P75,000 a month buying and selling garbage for recycling business here in Davao City. From P700.00 initial capital in the month of June 2005 which she able to recover within four days and now she earns an average of P75,000 which is enough to send her children in school compared before when she still used to work as "promo girl" for products like soap and toothpaste which she only used to earn a fixed monthly income of P3,000.
She said this is used to be a "sideline" but had become her major source of income. Her business involves dealing with some 10 suppliers who contact her for available materials. She then brings the goods to the wholesale buyers. The recyclable goods includes bottles, paper, plastic water containers, tin and aluminum cans, scrap iron, old car batteries, old computers and CPU's, busted refrigerators and washing machines. She name her garbage business as, Love Best Junk Shop and it's now two years in the business. She had also joined the chamber officials and representatives from other business entities to promote materials recovery as one option for addressing solid waste problem.
If Alma Labis had this kind of courage and passion so as you. You can now start looking resources at your own home. You might find something that will give you a vision that will change your life and start making money.
